ISO BOY //

Japan, Christmas 1989.
The world's leading console and game developer, INTENDO, launched the legendary ISO BOY.
This hand-held game console with interchangeable game cartridges had, as the first of its kind, a revolutionary triangle matrix ("Trixel") screen.
Superior to any other LCD screen of its era, this Trixel screen allowed the console to display isometric games flawlessly.
Never before, players could enjoy isometric graphics as crisp and sharp as in this masterpiece of entertainment technology!
In the following decade, the developers of INTENDO published countless games—well-known hits like "Jumper Mario Lands" and lesser-known gems of gaming history like "BOTTO" or "BLOQUEST".
In this and the previous entry, I will try to gather as much promotional material and game recordings as I can find.
To make sure the ISO BOY, which inspired whole generations of kids and grownups alike, can shine once again in all its glory.
